General

1. The name of the Association shall be: "The Canadian Association of Cardio-Pulmonary Technologists".
2. The objective of the Association shall be stated in the charter.
3. The head office of the Association shall be in the City of Winnipeg in the Province of Manitoba, or at such a place as may from time to time be determined by the Board of Directors of the Association.
4. The seal, an impression hereof is stamped in the margin thereof, shall be the seal of the corporation.
