Provincial Branches

22 A provincial branch composed of all members residing in a province may be established by the Board of Directors for the purpose of undertaking any activities in the interest of the members of the branch as may be authorized under the powers of the charter of the Association. The Board of Directors shall determine the number, kind and method of election of the officers of such provincial branches. Any such provincial branch shall be subject to the control of the Board of Directors and shall not possess authority to take any action or enter into any agreements, establish bylaws or raise funds without the consent of the Board of Directors.
