Committees

17 a There shall be an Examination Committee appointed by the Board of Directors, which shall consist of the Chairman of the Board and two or three nominees of the Board not necessarily members of the Board. This committee shall be responsible for preparing the examination papers, setting the date of the examination, marking and evaluating the completed answer papers. The committee shall submit a final draft of the examination papers to the advisory Board that will examine the paper and report their decision to the examination committee.

b. The Board of Directors may appoint by law such other standing committee at its discretion and in such cases shall prescribe the duties, objectives, and conditions of office of each such committee.
