Duties of the Board of Directors

14 a. The Board of Directors shall direct the investment and care of the funds of the Association, shall make appropriations for specific purposes, and shall conduct the business of the Association either directly or through the committee or agents or officials.

b. The Board of Directors may assign to any officer the supervision of one or more of the activities of the Association.

c. No officer or member shall receive remuneration for his service. A member of the Board of Directors may be paid out of funds devoted for specific purposes, such sums of money as the Board of Directors may recommend as remuneration for special services and out of pocket disbursements.

d. The Board of Directors may nominate committees from time to time at their discretion and shall prescribe the duties, objectives, terms of reference and other conditions of the office of such committees.
