Meetings of the Board of Directors

15 a. The Board of Directors shall meet at least two times a year at the call of the Chairman of the Board. The Chairman of the Board may call a meeting at any time or place and must do so if requested in writing by any two members of the Board.

b. Four members of the Board of Directors shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of business.
