Termination of Membership and Re-Admission


10 a. Any member who desires to resign from the Association may do so by notifying the Secretary in writing of such a desire.

b. The Board of Directors at its discretion may re-admit with or without payment of a second entrance fee. The Board of Directors, at it´s discretion, may waive all or part of the arrears for any former member who has resigned or who has ceased to be a member through non-payment of fees.

c. If any person ceases, for any cause whatsoever, to be a member of the Association, he shall not, nor shall his representative have any interest in or claim against the funds or property of the Association. Nor shall he use any initials after his name such as R.C.P.T. implying that he is an active member of the Association.

d. The Board of Directors shall have the right and privilege to terminate the membership of any person at any time for specific reasons assigned. Prior to such termination of membership, if the reason for action taken does not relate to the non-payment of fees, the Board of Directors shall give the said member an opportunity to appear before a committee of the Board of Directors to hear evidence before any action is taken. Should membership subsequently be terminated, any unexpired portion of fees paid to the Association shall be returned.
